When I want lose some weight in a month...and if I don't make it up to the goal -- that means something went wrong with the way. One should not try to get depressed when one doesn't see the reduction in size or in weight.
It takes time to trigger the weight loss. Because we are giving a new mode of nutrion to the till now comfy body..one should not expect to see weight shedding of immediately. The time it takes to start the weight loss depends upon your body type, genes, diet etc..
There are indeed many ways to shed excess kilos in an fast and easy way but i do not recommend them. These include things like low carb diet, self induced anorexia, induction of vomiting, excessive fasting. Such methods are dangerous and the weight loss is impermanent.
To start with weight loss follow a low fat diet -- it is of course easiest of all and doesn't require a dramatic changes in your daily life. To start low fat diet!
To start with stop all the fizzy drinks, ice creams and chips -- not even one. It will make a great difference.
